Kyle A. Quintana is an Associate at Simon Trial Firm. Mr. Quintana represents victims of serious and catastrophic injuries resulting from, including but not limited to, slip and fall accidents, automobile accidents, negligent security, maritime accidents, and products liability.
A lifelong Miami Hurricanes fan, Mr. Quintana earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Miami. After graduating, Mr. Quintana earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. During law school Mr. Quintana worked as a legal intern for the Honorable George A. Sarduy of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, a law clerk for a Complex Litigation & Bankruptcy firm in Miami, FL and as an intern at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office.
Prior to joining Simon Trial Firm, Mr. Quintana worked as a litigation attorney at a Maritime Law Firm in Miami, Florida representing Plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury and admiralty and maritime.
Mr. Quintana is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Quintana is fluent in English and Spanish.
